某凝结水精处理高速混床树脂扰动原因分析及处理

     

摘要

某电厂凝结水精处理高速混床投运后不久出现树脂扰动大、出水水质差、运行周期短、达不到设计负荷等诸多问题。经检修发现是进水布水水帽污堵、一次挡板设计不当、进水多孔板严重变形所致。查明问题原因,并采取有效的措施进行改进处理,经处理后的高速混床运行效果良好,树脂层面稳定,制水量及运行周期均有显著提高。%Shortly after the high speed mixed bed of the condensate polishing treatment has been put into operation in a power plant,the problems,such as severe resin disturbance,poor effluent water quality,short operation cycle, not reaching the designed loading,etc. come into being. Through the examination and maintenance of the high-speed mixed bed,it was found that the water hat of the influent distribution of the high-speed mixed bed was polluted and blocked,the one-off influent baffle design was improper,and the deformation of influent perforated plate was serious. Since the causes of the problems have been ascertained ,measures are taken for effective improvement and treatment. The operation effect of the treated high-speed mixed bed is good,resin level stable,water output and operation cycle are significantly improved.
