燃机过渡烟道尿素热解工艺的可行性研究

             

摘要

通过分析燃气轮机(燃机)过渡烟道内的烟气参数和烟气特性,以及尿素热解所需的条件,论证了利用燃机过渡烟道进行尿素热解的可行性,并提出了相关的设计参数。尿素热解雾化液滴中的最大粒径约180μm时,热解炉可正常运行。当燃机过渡烟道具有合适的温度、适当的雾滴粒径,满足停留时间和热解所需时间时,可保证尿素热解制氨,从而节省大量能源,使脱硝过程更加安全、经济、有效。%By investigating the parameters and characteristics of flue gas in transition duct of gas turbine as well as the conditions the urea pyrolysis requires,the feasibility of taking use of the gas turbine's transition duct to carry out urea decomposition was demonstrated.Moreover,the relative design parameters were pro-posed.The maximum particle size of the atomized droplets formed during urea pyrolysis is 180μm,at this time the pyrolysis furnace run normally.The gas turbine's transition duct has proper temperature and suit-able droplets'size,which satisfies the requirements of residence time and pyrolysis time the urea needs,so the decomposition of urea can be ensured.By this method,large amount of energy can be saved and the de-nitration process became more safe and economic.
