智能电站工作票移动办理的设计与实现

         

摘要

根据智能电站的发展趋势,设计并实现了工作票移动办理系统.结合浏览器/服务器(B/S)模式和Android平台,实现了在智能手机上进行工作票移动办理.系统架构由移动端、Web端、服务端和移动服务总线4部分组成,其中移动服务总线采用Restful技术,实现工作票数据在Web端和移动端之间的传输;通过手机的二维码扫描功能实现工作人员到位控制;通过近场通信(NFC)技术,实现手机之间的数据传输,确保工作许可人和工作负责人同时在场.该系统在试点电厂已正式投入使用,成功完成了多个工作票办理流程,有效提高了工作效率,规范了工作流程.该系统设备成本低,易于推广和维护,适用于火电、水电和风电领域.%In response to the development trend of intelligent power plants, the work order mobile application system was designed and implemented to innovate and enhance the work order handling methods. Combined with the browser/server (B/S) mode and Android platform, processing work order on smart phone was realized. The system architecture consists of mobile end, Webclient, server and mobile service bus. The mobile service bus adopts the Restful technology to realize the transmission of work order data between the Web client and the mobile end. Through the phone's two-dimensional code scanning function, the staff in place control can be realized. Through the near field communication ( NFC ) technology, the data transmission between mobile phones can be realized, it ensures that the work licensor and the work leader are in place at the same time. This system has been put into service in the pilot power plant, and successfully completes a number of work order process. The efficiency of work order process has been improved and standardized. Due to the low equipment cost and easy to be promoted and maintained, this system is applicable to the field of thermal power, hydropower and wind power.
