随着信息化的发展，高等教育发生了翻天覆地的变化，网络教学模式占有越来越重要的比重，高校教师角色的转变已成为一种必然的趋势。从网络环境下教学模式的特点出发，阐述了高校教师角色应由传统的传授知识向网络时代的辅导者、合作者和领航员的定位与转换。%With the development of information,the Higher education has changed a lot and the Network teaching method has become more and more important.
