论高校辅导员队伍专业化职业化发展体系的建立

摘要

当前高校辅导员工作迫切需要向专业化、职业化转变。探讨了高校学生工作转型发展的重点与方向，并基于此进一步分析探讨高校辅导员工作专业化体系的建立，以及有关完善辅导员职业化发展机制的重点。%There is an urgent need for college counselors to transit their job to professionalization and specialization. In this article, the author tries to explore the focus and direction in its restruction and development and further the discussion of building u
