The ideological and political education is the most important content of China's spiritual civilization construction, but also one of the main ways to resolve social contradictions and problems. By examining the value of today's socialist ideological and political education from the Marxist perspective, the ideological and political education work to achieve the basic approach - the humane care.%　　思想政治教育工作是我国精神文明建设的首要内容，也是解决社会矛盾和问题的主要途径之一。通过从马克思主义人学角度审视当今中国的思想政治教育工作的价值，同时提出思想政治教育工作实现的基本途径——人文关怀。
