新形势下高校二级教代会制度的建设与思考

摘要

高校二级教代会是在新形势下加强民主建设的一种新形式，高校如何做好二级学院民主管理工作，促进二级学院更快发展，是现代大学搞好学校工会制度建设的重要内容。阐述了二级教代会的基本职权和作用，对如何强化高校二级教代会制度建设提出了几点设想。%　　Secondary teachers in colleges and universities under the new situation will be strengthening the construction of a new form of democracy, how to do a college democratic management in colleges and universities to promote faster development of secondary school, the construction of modern University and doing well the important contents of trade unionism.
