Focusing on the traits of college student, college should set up the idea of humanism, improve the effectiveness of student management.%随着高职教育的发展，高职院校的学生管理也应顺应各方面形势的变化，改变传统的管理思想和管理方法，坚持人本主义理念，针对高职学生的特点，尊重学生的个性、主体性和发展权利，理清关系，提高学生管理的实效性。
