民营企业价值观管理刍论

     

摘要

Starting from the remodeling and management of core values, strengthen the building of enterprise culture, help to improve China's private entrepreneurs and business management, give full play to the cultural force in the liberation of productivity in the role, strengthen the cohesion of the enterprise, improve the competitive power of products, so as to overcome difficulties, to break the bottleneck of development, implementation "do poineering work the two times". Private enterprise value management, including analysis, criticism and construction of values, values of permeability and application in management activities, as well as the outlook of value management performance evaluation of three key links. In the implementation of the "process of value management", attach great importance to the role of business leaders, strengthen the system construction and personnel training, to create a good atmosphere for the enterprise culture.%从核心价值观的重塑和管理入手,加强企业文化建设,有助于提高我国民营企业家和企业管理人员的经营管理水平,增强企业凝聚力,提升产品竞争力,从而克服经营困境、突破发展瓶颈、实现“二次创业”。民营企业价值观管理,包括价值观的分析、批判与建构,价值观在经营管理活动的渗透与应用,以及价值观管理的绩效评估三个关键环节。在价值观管理中,要重视企业领导人的榜样作用,加强员工教育培训工作,营造良好企业文化氛围。
