摘要

During the development of private enterprises, their management mode usually features gradual evolution from family management to professional management. Likewise, HR management of private enterprises often develops from enterpriser-oriented to professional manager-oriented strategic management. In this paper, the authors introduce some reference information related to strategic HR management, describe management mode evolution of private enterprises, and finally analyze the application of strategic HR management to private enterprises in different management modes.
