头脑风暴法在高职思政课教学中的实施探究

当前高职思想政治理论教学大多采用“教师讲，学生听”的填鸭式教学模式，这就会出现思政课教学理论性较强，学生的参与度不高的现象。随着高职教育教学理念的更新，要求改变传统的教学方式，采用符合高职人才培养方式的教学模式，注重发挥学生的主体地位，尊重学生的个性心理，让学生参与课堂教学，激发学生的学习兴趣，为他们营造一个快乐的学习氛围。头脑风暴法为我们思政课教学提供了一个很好的选择。%　　The Current Higher Vocational Ideological and political theory teaching mostly uses the "cramming method of teaching mode that teachers give speeches and students listen". This will cause the phenomenon that teaching theory and political course is reflective, but student participation is not high. With the development of higher vocational education teaching idea renewal, the traditional teaching way demands to be changed.We should take the teaching mode of higher vocational talents training mode, pay attention to the students' subject status, respect the student's personality, let the students participate in classroom teaching, stimulate students interest in learning, create a pleasant learning atmosphere for them. Brainstorming method provides a good choice for the ideological and political course teaching.
