基于SWOT分析的高职生职业生涯规划--以社区管理与服务专业高职生为例

With the advent of the era of China's Higher Education,the number of college graduates is rapidly increasing,employment situation is becoming more and more severe, In the current environment of widespread talent high consumption, vocational students will face even greater pressure on employment. This paper analyses the strength, weakness and a variety of external environment of the students major in community management and service , want to help students establish a scientific and rational career planning, and realize their self-worth and social values.%随着我国高等教育大众化时代的到来，高校毕业生人数迅速增加，就业形势日益严峻，高职生在当前普遍存在人才高消费环境中，将面临着更大的就业压力。运用SWOT分析法，对社区管理与服务专业高职生自身的优势、劣势以及其所处的各种外部环境进行深入分析，以期帮助学生树立科学、合理的职业生涯规划，进而顺利实现自己的自我价值与社会价值。
