农科专业免学费政策社会认同度的探析与思考--基于浙江省10所高等院校10年录取分数的比较分析

摘要

录取分数能较好地反映高等院校招生专业的社会认同度情况。研究分析浙江省10所样本高等院校10年来（2002-2011）农科专业录取分数变化趋势发现：农科专业免学费政策的实施，在短期内能促使其比较优势值有一定幅度提升；单一的农科专业免学费政策对于促进农科专业生源质量作用相对有限。政府、高等院校要持续推出新的政策措施，巩固提高政策绩效。%Admission can better reflect the admission of professional colleges and social identity condition. Analysis of 10 samples in Zhejiang province colleges and universities for 10 years (2002-2011) of agricultural professional admission trends, found that to implement the tuition free policy has certain improvement in the short term to promote its comparative advantage. Single agricultural professional free tuition policy for the promotion of agricultural professional quality of students has a relatively limited role. The government, colleges and universities should continue to introduce new policies and measures, improve policy performance.
