对赛珍珠作品在新中国38年来的译介过程进行细致的爬梳剔抉、推原本根,的确让学界对国内这一时期的赛珍珠接受有了更加清晰的了解.梁文的最大贡献,是以《赛珍珠反动作品选辑》(1959)等第一手赛珍珠研究资料为基础,考察这一时期中国的"阶级斗争"意识形态如何控制赛珍珠及其作品在中国的接受.鉴于该文存在一知识性错误,而这一错误在学界由来已久,有必要进行勘误,为了更全面认识国内的赛珍珠接受,也有理由对梁文进行一些补充以及引申论证.%In Liang Zhifang paper "from" reactionary writer "to the cultural exchange envoys——the translation and acceptance of Pearl S.
