人文关怀视域下的民族高校大学生思想政治教育

摘要

Compared with other colleges and universities,most of minority university students come from different regions and ethnic groups,its religion,culture,family background,upbringing and personality characteristics and different customs and habits,the students have their own particularity,it is the national college students’ideological and political education in colleges and universities higher requirements are put forward.How to permeate the ideas of humanistic care in daily education,at present,should adhere to the people-oriented,reveal minority college students’ personality;Perfect carrier of campus culture education,help students build positive relationships;Other education way,let the national college students towards happiness.%与其他高校相比，民族高校生源大部分来自不同地区和民族，其宗教信仰、文化、家庭背景、成长经历以及个性特点和风俗习惯不尽相同，学生有其自身的特殊性，这就对民族高校大学生思想政治教育提出了更高的要求。如何将人文关怀思想渗透到日常教育中，当前，应坚持以人为本，彰显少数民族大学生个性；完善校园文化育人载体，帮助大学生建立积极的人际关系；完善其他教育途径。
