法官职业化是全面推进依法治国的重要条件

党的十八届四中全会通过的《中共中央关于全面推进依法治国若干重大问题的决定》提出：建设高素质法治专门队伍，推进法治专门队伍正规化、专业化、职业化。法官是全面推进依法治国的主要实施者，加强法官职业化建设，改革完善法官职业准入制度、法官管理和职业保障制度，提高法官职业化程度，从而形成一支高素质法官队伍，对于实现建设社会主义法治国家目标，有着极其重要的意义。%The Communist Party of China (CPC) set the blueprint for rule of law at the just concluded Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee. Fourth Plenary proposed to promote the rule of law specialized team of standardization, specialization, professionalization. Judges are the main implementers of clearly and comprehensively promoting the rule of law. Increase professional building ,improve the legal profession access system and improve job security system has a very important significance of forming a system of the socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics.
