福建农村义务教育的财政投入问题研究

摘要

建立健全农村义务教育财政投入机制是保障其健康发展的关键所在。本文通过考察福建省近年来农村义务教育投入的规模、结构和政策执行情况，分析农村税费改革后该省农村义务教育投入中存在的主要问题及其原因，提出要从加强省级财政投入力度、调节投入结构和强化投入监督体系几个层面解决福建省农村义务教育的投入问题。%Establish and improve the rural compulsory education financial input mechanism is the key to guarantee its healthy development. Based on the investigation of the size and structure of the rural compulsory education investment and policy execution in Fujian province in recent years, analysis the main problems and its reasons in the rural compulsory education investment after rural reform of taxes and fees, put forward to strengthen the provincial financial investment, investment structure and strengthen the supervision system to solve the problems of rural compulsory education investment in Fujian province.
