摘要

企业工会是维护职工权益的代表,是保障企业平稳运行和协调劳资关系的重要组织。企业内部的平稳运行对企业自身的良性发展和社会稳定非常重要。而其中企业与职工的劳资关系问题也更加突显,尤其随着近年来我国经济的结构调整和产业升级步伐的加快,处理好企业劳资关系的重任就落到了企业工会身上。%The trade union of enterprises is the representative of safeguarding the rights and interests of workers, and it is an important organization to ensure the smooth operation of enterprises and to coordinate the relationship between labor and capital. The smooth operation of enterprises is very important to the healthy development of enterprises and the social stability. And the enterprise and worker's labor relations problem also becomes more and more obvious, especially along with the accelerating of China's economic structural adjustment and industrial upgrade pace in recent years, labor relations in enterprises processing task fell into the trade union in the enterprise.
