利用外资对我国区域技术创新溢出效应的动态面板研究

采用2000~2010年相关数据，运用动态面板数据模型进行实证分析，发现利用外资对我国东、中、西三大区域都产生了正向技术创新溢出效应，且西部地区溢出效应最明显，其次是东部地区，而中部地区最小。考察不同区域研发机构内生增长机制后发现，东部地区的动态效应最显著，其次是中部地区东、中、西最小。研究同时发现，经济发展水平、贸易开放度、科研投入水平和人力资本水平对技术创新的影响也存在区域效应。%We divide 30 provinces of China into eastern,central and western regions,and make an empirical analysis by using dynamic panel data model based on relevant data from 2000 to 2010.The results show that the spillover effects of the utilization of foreign investment on tech-nology innovation is positive in China's three regions.The western region has the most significant positive spillover effect,which is followed by the central region and the eastern region.The east-ern region has the most significant dynamic effect when examining the endogenous growth mechanism of research institutes,while the central region comes second and the dynamic effect in the western region reaches the minimum.We also find that the level of economic development, trade openness,the level of investment in scientific research and human capital have regional effects on technological innovation.
