城市社区治理模式研究--基于三个典型社区治理模式的比较分析

摘要

Through the comparative analysis of the three typical community governance mode -“Shanghai mode” , “Hangzhou mode” and“Ningbo mode” , the paper pointed out the party and government should play a leading role in the community governance, to promote the multi governance; Development of social organizations, fostering civil society; Mobilize social forces outside of government to support the community construction in the economic; Innovative service means, giving full play to the advantages of media and Internet.%本文通过对“上海模式”、“杭州模式”和“宁波模式”三个典型的社区治理模式进行比较分析，认为在当前社区治理中应发挥党政的主导作用，推动多元共治；发展社会组织，培育公民社会；动员政府之外社会力量，促使其在经济方面支持社区建设；创新服务手段，发挥媒体和网络优势。
