短信提醒教育对肺结核患者身心康复的影响研究

摘要

目的探讨短信提醒教育对肺结核患者身心康复的影响.方法将96例患者按首次就诊顺序随机分为干预组和对照组各48例，对照组进行常规指导教育，干预组在对照组基础上进行手机短信提醒教育.比较2组患者生活质量以及临床疗效.结果2组患者在生活质量评定以及临床疗效方面有显著性差异(P<0.05)，干预组明显优于对照组.结论短信提醒教育可以提高肺结核患者生活质量，促进患者身心康复.%Objective Explore the influence of SMS alert education on physical and psychological rehabilitation of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods According to the order of first treatment, 96 patients were randomly divided into intervention groups(n=48) and control groups(n=48),the control group was given the conventional education, intervention group on the basis of the control group, got mobile phone messages to remind education, quality of life and clinical efficacy in two groups were compared. Results The quality of life and clinical efficacy in two groups had significant differences(P<0.05),The intervention group was better t than the control group. Conclusion SMS alerts can improve the quality of life of tuberculosis patients, and promote the patient's physical and psychological recovery.
