氟伐他汀对急性冠脉综合征患者血脂的影响

摘要

Objective To study the effects of fluvastatin on the lipid in patients with acute coronary syndrome. Methods 78 cases of patients were randomly divided into group A and group B.Before and after the treatment, collecting venous blood for detection of the serum lipid. Results Group A : Before and after of the treatment with fluvastatin on coronary syndrome ,TC (total cholesterol),LDL-C (low density lipoprotein)was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.01)apoA(apo A) increased significantly.(P<0.01),TG(triglyceride),HDL-C(high density lipoprotein)has no significant difference (P>0.05).Group B: There was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Effect of fluvastatin on treatment of acute coronary syndrome is safe and can obviously reduce blood lipid,is worthy of clinical application and promotion.%　　目的观察氟伐他汀对急性冠状动脉综合征患者血脂的影响.方法将86例急性冠脉综合征患者随机分为 A 组和 B 组,A 组给予氟伐他汀40 mg,B 组给予紧急静脉溶栓治疗,治疗前及治疗后采集静脉血测血脂指标.结果治疗后 A 组患者的总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),载脂蛋白 A1(apoA1)明显升高,载脂蛋白 B 明显降低(P<0.01),甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)治疗前后无显著差异(P>0.05). B 组血脂各项指标治疗前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论氟伐他汀治疗急性冠脉综合征既安全又具有显著的降脂作用,值得临床推广应用.
