南京地区2型糖尿病患者血小板聚集结果分析

摘要

目的：探讨2型糖尿病患者血小板聚集率的变化，为临床诊治提供依据。方法选取我院内分泌科确诊2型糖尿病住院患者115例，采用北京普利生公司生产的LBY-NJ4A全自动血小板聚集仪进行检测，均使用配套试剂。并与正常对照组107例进行比较。结果糖尿病组与正常对照组比较，血小板聚集率有显著差异（P<0.05）。结论血小板聚集率与糖尿病患者血液的黏稠程度有很大关系，糖尿病患者应及时测定血小板聚集率，预防血栓形成。%Objective To study the change of platelet aggregation rate in patients with type 2 diabetes in Nanjing area, and provide the basis for clinical.Methods Our Hospital Department of Endocrinology according to type 2 diabetes diagnostic criteria for diagnosis of 115 cases of hospitalized patients, using Beijing precil company production of LBY-NJ4A automatic platelet aggregation instrument detection, are supporting the use of reagents. Results The diabetic group compared with the normal control group, the platelet aggregation rate had significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Has the very big relations ropy degree of platelet aggregation and blood of patients with diabetes, diabetic patients should be timely determination of platelet aggregation, preventing thrombosis.
