益生菌制剂治疗130例新生儿抗生素诱发性腹泻临床观察

ObjectiveThe purpose of this paper is to find a better probiotic preparation for antibiotic associated diarrhea of neonatal children.Method130 neonatal children who were affected by respiratory tract infection,pneumonia and umbilical cord inflammation were divided into 2 groups. Group A and B were given oral Bifid-triple viable capsule and Live Bifidobacterium capsules separately. The time and rate of recovery were compared between 2 groups.ResultThe time and rate of recovery in Group A were higher than those in Group B with a statistics significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Bifid-triple viable capsule were more efficient than Live Bifidobacterium capsules in reducing of antibiotic associated diarrhea of neonatal children.%目的：探讨不同益生菌制剂在新生儿抗生素诱发性腹泻中的治疗效果。方法选取我院因新生儿呼吸道、肺部、脐带感染住院的130例患儿作为研究对象，A组65例口服三联双歧杆菌胶囊，B组65例口服双歧杆菌胶囊。比较2组抗生素相关性腹泻治愈时间及治愈率。结果 A组腹泻治愈时间短于B组，治愈率高于B组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论三联双歧杆菌胶囊治疗新生儿抗生素相关性腹泻的效果更好，值得推广。
