益生菌制剂治疗抗生素诱发新生儿腹泻98例临床观察

摘要

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of probiotics in the treatment of patients with neonatal diarrhea induced by antibiotics.Methods:98 cases with neonatal diarrhea caused by respiratory tract,lung or umbilical cord infection were selected. They were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group was given routine treatment.On this basis,the observation group was treated with probiotics.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group.The diarrhea condition of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group.The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Probiotics can effectively improve the cure rate of neonatal diarrhea induced by antibiotics,and shorten the duration of diarrhea.%目的：探究益生菌制剂治疗抗生素诱发新生儿浮现的临床效果。方法：收治因呼吸道、肺部或脐带感染接受治疗诱发腹泻的新生儿98例，随机分成两组，对照组给予常规治疗，观察组在此基础上给予益生菌制剂治疗。结果：观察组的总有效率明显优于对照组；观察组的腹泻情况明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：益生菌制剂能有效提升抗生素诱发新生儿腹泻的治愈率，缩短腹泻持续时间。
