木棉纤维与纱线的性能测试分析

         

摘要

In order to get a better understanding of kapok fiber and yarn, properties of kapok fiber and kapok blended yarn were tested. The result shows that kapok fiber is a kind of short, fine, and hollow fiber with thin cell wall and smooth surface;kapok fiber performed excellently in moisture absorption while poorly in strength and extension property. The infrared spectra of kapok fiber displayed that kapok fiber is cellulose crystalⅠ. Compared with pure cotton yarn and pure modal yarn, kapok blended yarn exhibited worse evenness, more neps, lower breaking strength, and more hairiness.%为全面了解木棉纤维和纱线,对木棉纤维和木棉混纺纱的性能进行测试。结果表明:木棉纤维长度短,细度细,纤维外壁光滑,细胞壁薄,中腔大;纤维吸湿性能好;纤维强伸性能较差。木棉纤维显纤维素的红外谱图特征,属于纤维素Ⅰ晶型。与纯棉纱和纯莫代尔纱相比,木棉混纺纱的条干均匀度较差,千米棉结数较多,断裂强力较低,毛羽较多。
