A fabric comprises a kapok-containing yarn and is down- and fiber-dense and besides the kapok-containing yarn, the fabric contains a further kapok-free yarn. The kapok-containing yarn consists of kapok fibers and at least one fibrous material different for kapok. Independent claims are included for the following.
