铁氧体涂层针织物吸波材料的制备及其力学性能研究

         

摘要

Flexible wave absorption textile material was prepared with the polyester knitted fabric as substrate, epoxy resin as matrix and ferrite as wave absorption agent. The thickness of the coated wave absorption material is 0.5 mm. The effects of curing agent usage, temperature, time on dielectric constant and the loss tangent were investigated by single factorial experiment. The mechanical property of the wave absorption material was measured considering the material was commonly used in engineering field. The result showed that the optimal wave absorption property was exhibited under the condition of 10% curing agent and being cured for 1 h at room temperature. The mechanical test presented that the wave absorption material can be used in the engineering field, and the mechanical property of the coated knitted fabric was better than non-coated fabric. This material will be a promising novel functional textile material.%以涤纶针织物为基布,环氧树脂为基体,铁氧体为吸波剂,在基布上进行铁氧体复合涂层整理,制备0.5 mm厚度的柔性纺织涂层吸波材料.采用单因子试验法,研究了固化剂用量、温度、时间对吸波涂层材料介电常数和损耗角正切的影响.鉴于该材料多用于工程领域,测试了涂层纺织吸波材料的力学性能.结果表明:固化剂用量10%,室温固化1 h具有最优的吸波性能.吸波材料力学性能测试结果表明:此种吸波材料可以应用于工程领域,涂层针织物的力学性能均好于无涂层织物,有望发展成为一种新型的纺织功能材料.
