磷酸酯两性表面活性剂在涤纶织物整理中的应用

摘要

The amphoteric surfactant of phosphate has been synthesized from alkyl tertiary amine、ethylene glycol、epichlorohydrin and phosphorus pentoxide.The antistatic performance effects, such as the phosphate concentratoin,baking temperature and wash times of polyester fabric, were discussed.The optimum finishing conditions were as follows: the phosphate 15 g/L,baking time 80s, baking temperature 170 ℃.The washing polyester fabrics remains good antistatic property after 50 times washed.%以十六叔胺、聚乙二醇、环氧氯丙烷、五氧化二磷为原料制备了磷酸酯两性表面活性剂。探讨了目的产物质量浓度、焙烘温度、水洗次数对涤纶织物抗静电效果的影响。结果表明，磷酸酯盐质量浓度15 g/L、焙烘温度170℃、焙烘时间80 s，抗静电效果良好。经整理后的涤纶织物水洗50次后抗静电效果仍保持良好。
