硬脂酰胺基Gemini阳离子表面活性剂的合成及应用

摘要

采用硬脂酰胺丙基二甲基胺和双(2-氯乙基)醚为原料,合成了一种硬脂酰胺基Gemini阳离子表面活性剂.其优化的合成工艺为:n(硬脂酰胺丙基二甲基胺):n[双(2-氯乙基)醚] =2:1,w(异丙醇)=30%(对反应体系质量),90℃合成48 h.合成的硬脂酰胺基Gemini阳离子表面活性剂水溶性较好(Krafft点为35.2℃),经其整理的棉织物有很好的柔软性和亲水性.%Cationic Gemini surfactant with stearic amide group was synthesized using stearamidopropyl dimethylamine and bis (2-chloroethyl) ether as raw materials.The optimal synthesis technology was: n(stearamidopropyl dimethylamine): n[bis (2-chloroethyllether]=2:1, w(isopropyl alcohol)=30％(on the weight of reaction system), reacted at 90 ℃ for 48 h.The prepared cationic Gemini surfactant with stearic amide group had good water solubility with 35.2 ℃ of Krafft point.The Gemini surfactant finished cotton fabrics had good softness and hydrophilicity.
