过氧乙酸在羊毛防毡缩整理中的应用

摘要

Chlorinating agent treatment is the main method to solve the felting problem of wool, but there were water resource waste and environment pollution problems. Peracetic acid was applied in anti-felting finish of wool, and the treated wool fiber surface was observed and analyzed through SEM. The results showed that peracetic acid had good effect on anti-felting finish of wool. The optimum treatment process was determined: 6 g/L of peracetic acid,pH=7, treated at 70 °C for 40 min. The treated wool had good anti-felting result and the handle was soft and full with low strength decreasing.%氯化剂处理法是目前解决羊毛易缩绒问题的主要方法,但存在水资源浪费及环境污染问题.以过氧乙酸对羊毛进行防毡缩处理,并采用SEM扫描电镜对处理后的羊毛纤维表面进行观察、分析.结果表明:过氧乙酸在羊毛防毡缩整理上具有很好的效果,通过正交试验确定最优方案为:过氧乙酸6 g/L,pH=7,70 ℃,40 min,得到的羊毛绒线具有良好的防毡缩效果,且手感柔软丰满,绒线强力下降不大.
