阳离子改性剂聚环氧氯丙烷-二甲胺的合成与应用

             

摘要

Epichlorohydrin-dimethylamine polymers were synthesized using dimethylamine and epichloro-hydrin as raw materials with amine crosslinking agents including ethylenediamine, hexanediamine, diethylenetri-amine and triethylenetetramine. The influences of molar ratio of epichlorohydrin and dimethylamine, the kind and the amount of crosslinking agents, polymerization temperature and polymerization time on the characteris-tics of product were investigated. The optimal synthesis conditions were n(epichlorohydrin)∶n(dimethylamine)=1.5∶1, ethylenediamine 3%, reacted at 70 ℃ for 5 h. The synthesized cationic modifier was used in modifica-tion of cotton fabric. The modified fabric had a high exhaustion rate with salt-free dyeing reactive dyes.%以环氧氯丙烷和二甲胺为原料,加入不同的胺类交联剂(乙二胺、己二胺、二乙烯三胺和三乙烯四胺)合成出一系列不同的环氧氯丙烷-二甲胺聚合物.研究了n(环氧氯丙烷)∶n(二甲胺)、交联剂种类、交联剂用量、反应温度、聚合反应时间对产品性能的影响.得到了阳离子改性剂的最佳合成条件:n(环氧氯丙烷)∶n(二甲胺)=1.5∶1,乙二胺用量3%,聚合温度70℃,聚合反应时间5 h.将该条件下合成的阳离子改性剂用于棉织物的改性,经活性染料无盐染色后具有较高的上染率.
