乳液聚合物类纺织助剂Tg测试的影响因素探讨

摘要

The procedure and testing conditions of the glass transition temperature (Tg) of emulsion poly-mer textile assistants were recommended based on the theoretical analysis and experimental data of the effec-tion factors, such as sample preparation, sample thermal history, sample quality, testing conditions (including the type of sample pan, heating rate and the gas flow rate), the integration method and range. It was very im-portant for researching of the emulsion polymer textile assistants (especial y in the thermal analysis) and can help to obtain more accurate results.%从样品预处理、样品的热历史、取样质量、测试条件(样品盘的类型、升温速率、载气流速)、计算方法、积分范围等各种因素进行了理论分析和试验数据比较，提出了乳液聚合物类纺织助剂玻璃化转变温度(Tg)测试条件的建议，对乳液聚合物类纺织助剂的热分析获得更加精确的结果提供了有效的支持。
