In this paper, the influencing factors on the dissolving behavior for an emulsion polymer RP have been studied,which included those external factors,such as stirring speed, stirring time, dissolving temperature,the TDS of preparing water,pH value of preparing water, preparing method,chemicals adding method and so on.The experimental results showed that high stirring speed should be adopted in initial dissolving stage for emulsion polymer for full demulsification, while a low stirring speed adopted in next dissolving stage in order to avoid over-shearing. An optimum dissolving method for RP has been given in which a speed of 5 000 r/min~7 000 r/min stirred for 1 minute after fast injection of RP,followed by a stirring speed of 300 r/min for 30 min.For preparing low concentration(<3 000 mg/L),a mother solution should be prepared before the diluted solution obtained, however, for preparing high concentration(≥3 000 mg/L),the mother solution should not be prepared.%通过室内实验研究了乳液聚合物RP的溶解性能,考察了搅拌速度、搅拌时间、溶解温度、配聚用水的矿化度、pH值、配制方法和加药方式等外在因素对乳液聚合物溶解性能的影响.实验结果表明,在溶解初期可以适当提高搅拌速度,中后期宜降低搅拌速度以减少剪切;通过实验研究,优化出适合乳液聚合物RP的快速溶解方法,即在5000 r/min~7000 r/min搅拌速度下,一次性快速注入RP,搅拌1 min后降低至300 r/min,再继续搅拌30 min,即可实现乳液聚合物的快速溶解;同时对于配制低于3000 mg/L的目标液时,宜先配制成高浓度的母液,然后再稀释成所需浓度的目标液,而对于3000 mg/L以上浓度时可以直接配制.
