The application of XA- 2201 in the fixing of reactive dyes was studied. And the dyeing proper-ties of cotton fabric were studied from the diffusion of dye, the amount of alkali, fixation time, the pH of resid-ual liquid and the rubbing fastness. The results showed that the high- efficiency alkali XA- 2201 had better dye diffusion and permeability than soda. The minimum amount was only 0.9 g/L when dyed dark, which could ob-tain comparable or better K/S value than soda (20 g/L). Beyond that, the alkali had the abilities of easy cleaning after use and good color fastness.%研究了高效固色碱XA-2201在活性染料固色中的应用,分别从染料扩散性,固色碱用量、固色时间、残液pH以及耐摩擦色牢度研究棉织物的染色性能.结果表明:高效固色碱XA-2201对染料具有比纯碱更好的扩散性及渗透性,染深色时最低用量0.9 g/L即可获得与纯碱20 g/L相当或更佳的K/S值,且具有使用后容易清洗、色牢度好的特点.
