涤/粘80/2018.5 tex混纺纱的生产

摘要

Considering the performance of the terylene fiber and viscose fiber,through the introduction of the process and selection of the textile accessories in the blended production,suggestion is put forth that adequate damping of the material is indispensable in the blended production for better spinnabilty and yarn quality of the fiber of terylene and viscose.High humiture is preferred in the workshop.Proper setting of the gauge between the cylinder and the flat is recommended.%针对涤、粘纤维的性能特点,通过在涤/粘混纺纱生产过程中采取的工艺措施和纺织器材的选用;说明为提高涤/粘的可纺性,改善成纱质量,应预先对原料充分加湿,车间温湿度应偏大掌握,尤其注意梳棉工序要合理配置锡林与盖板间的隔距。
