国际旅游岛背景下海南特色餐饮资源的开发研究

摘要

深化海南特色餐饮文化的研究，形成海南菜系，不仅可以大大丰富海南特色餐饮的内容，而且可以丰富国际旅游岛建设的内涵。文章在对海南特色餐饮资源区位分析的基础上，指出海南特色餐饮资源开中存在的不足，提出海南特色餐饮资源的开发需要设立专项基金，深入研究海南特色餐饮文化，要树立养生品牌，对海南特色菜肴要进行品牌认证，推行商标注册制，对海南的餐饮要进行统一规划，同时加快高素质厨师队伍的建设。%　　Deepen the research of Hainan's special dietary culture not only can form Hainan cuisine, but enrich the contents of this culture as well as the connotations of building an international tourism destination. Based on the analysis of Hainan's special dietary resource location, the paper points out that there still exists some deficiencies in developing the resources. Therefore, special fund need to be set up to exploit the resources. In order to deepen research on Hainan's special dietary culture, we should establish a brand of health promotion, authenticate the special food brand, promote trademark registered. Making a unified planning to manage Hainan's catering industry, while accelerating the process in setting a well-trained cooking staff is also necessary.
