山东省城市建设用地利用效益评价

         

摘要

随着我国城市化进程的加快,城市建设用地规模不断扩大,城乡用地供需矛盾更加突出,如何提高城市建设用地利用效益降低城乡用地矛盾显得非常有现实意义。以山东省为例,从经济效益、社会效益和生态环境效益角度选取16个评价指标,采用主成分分析法确定指标权重,通过多因素线性加权法对山东省2000~2013年城市建设用地利用效益进行评价。研究表明:(1)山东省城市建设用地利用综合效益、经济效益、社会效益和生态效益总体呈上升趋势,尤其2006年以来趋势更加明显;(2)从各效益增长幅度和对综合效益的贡献率看,经济效益>生态效益>社会效益;(3)综合效益的提升主要依赖于经济效益的提升,且经济效益贡献率与生态效益贡献率呈明显的负相关关系。针对分析结果,提出了山东省提高城市建设用地利用效益的对策建议。%With the acceleration of urbanization, the scale of the urban construction site has extended. Under the background of en-couraging intensive and economical utilization of urban construc-tion land in China, it is of great significance to study on benefit appraisal of urban construction land use(UCLU). The paper selects sixteen indexes in terms of economic, social and ecological bene-fits and calculates benefit index by means of the multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method and the principle component analysis between 2000 to 2013 in Shandong province. The results show that: The benefit of UCLU has a rising trend as a whole es-pecially since 2006; On the benefit growth side, economic benefit is the first, ecological benefit is the second and social benefit is the last; Overall benefit rising depends on the promotion of eco-nomic benefit. The rate of economic benefit contribution to overall benefit is negative related to the rate of ecological benefit contri-bution typically. Lastly, some possible suggestions on promoting benefit of UCLU in Shandong province were proposed.
