内蒙古区域经济可持续发展系统交互胁迫关系验证及其协调度测算--以呼包鄂经济区为例

摘要

Based on the theories of Interactive relationship, and coupling coordinate development, do validation and calculation to Hohhot-Baotou-Ordos zone by building a index system about regional economy-society-ecology system from 2004 to 2013. The results show that there are obvious interaction stress between social and ecological subsystems in Hohhot-Baotou-Ordos zone, and it meets to the variation of double exponential curve; the values of composite coordinate degree reflect that the area's variety from low coupling development coordination to running develop-ment, and the trend of society-ecology and economy-ecology systems' coupling coordinate development. The stress aggravates of ecological environmental pressure to economic and social develop-ment,which results the speed of society-economy system's cou-pling coordinate development slows.%基于交互胁迫关系理论和动态耦合协调发展理论，通过构建区域经济—社会—生态系统的综合评价指标体系，对呼包鄂经济区2004年—2013年的交互胁迫关系和耦合协调度进行验证与测算。结果表明：呼包鄂经济区区域社会与生态子系统间存在明显地交互胁迫关系，且基本符合双指数曲线变化规律；综合协调度值反映出该地区由低协调耦合发展阶段到磨合发展阶段的变化，其中社会—生态系统、经济—生态系统耦合协调发展趋势基本一致，且生态环境压力对经济社会发展胁迫作用加剧，导致社会—经济系统耦合协调发展速度变缓。
