基于聚氨酯橡胶的箔材微孔冲裁机理研究

         

摘要

Used ABAQUS/Explicit software to run the finite element numerical simulation,polyurethane rubber as soft punch for microporous blanking of foil was analyzed,the thickness of 0.1 mm of SUS304 stainless steel foil as blank,the blanking aperture size of 0.1 mm.By using of the same method,the microporous blanking of different thickness of SUS304 stainless foil, the influence of size effects in the forming process were discussed.The results show that,in the field of micro cutting,the method of polyurethane rubber as soft punch for microporous blanking of foil is feasible.The thickness of polyurethane rubber has little effect on the blanking force;the compressive stress of foil is increased with the increase of blanking speed.Because of the influence of size effects,the blanking process of different thickness of foil,this is different from the traditional forming process.The change rate of the thickness of the foil is disproportional to punching force.%选用 ABAQUS/Explicit 软件进行有限元数值模拟,研究聚氨酯橡胶作为软凸模对箔材进行微孔的冲裁,选用厚度为0.1 mm的 SUS304不锈钢箔材作为坯料,冲裁的孔径大小为0.1 mm。并用同样的方法对不同厚度的 SUS304不锈钢箔材进行微孔的冲裁,对箔材的尺寸效应在成形过程中的影响进行了探讨。结果表明,在微冲裁领域,聚氨酯橡胶作为软凸模对箔材进行微孔冲裁的方法是可行的,聚氨酯橡胶厚度对冲裁力大小的影响很小,板材受到的压应力随着冲裁速度的提高而增加。在尺寸效应的影响下,不同厚度的箔材冲裁过程表现出不同于传统的成形过程,箔材厚度的改变率与冲裁力大小的改变率不成比例。
