静电防护技术在宇航电子产品电装过程中的防静电研究

在电子行业快速发展的背景下,宇航电子产品变得更加精密、复杂,且对静电格外敏感,大大增强了对静电防护等级的要求.电子产品静电防护水平与宇航电子产品的质量有着直接关系,在介绍静电损伤机理的同时,将重点论述如何做好宇航电子产品电装过程中的静电防护工作,希望能为静电防护工作提供借鉴.%Under the rapid development of the electronics industry, aerospace electronics become more sophisticated and more complex, and are especially sensitive to static electricity, and enhance the requirements for the level of electrostatic protection. The level of electrostatic protection of electronic products is directly related to the quality of aerospace electronic products. In this paper, we introduce the mechanism of electrostatic damage, and discuss how to do well in the electrostatic protection work of electronic products in aerospace electronics, hoping to provide reference for electrostatic protection.
