An antifouling-moisture-proof antistatic film is provided as a packing bag of electronic components. An antifouling-moisture-proof antistatic film comprises: a multilayered base film containing metal-deposited polyester layers; an antifouling-moisture-proof antistatic coating layer(30a) formed on at least one side of the base film; and an ion-complex antistatic coating layer(30b) formed on the other side of the base film. The base film represents the multilayered film comprising two or more layers selected from the group consisting of polyolefin film, nylon film and their combination. The antifouling-moisture-proof antistatic coating layer is composed of 1-30wt% of conductive polymer, 5-30wt% of acryl-urethane copolymeric binder, 40-80wt% of water, organic solvent or their mixture, 0.1-5wt% of antifouling-moisture-proof additive and 0.5-5wt% of slipping additive and wetting additive.
