借鉴韩国电子信息产业发展成功经验基础上，立足陕西省电子信息产业发展现状，提出陕西省电子信息产业知识产权战略的发展思路。认为以政府为主导，吸纳发达国家高新技术，实现自主创新。陕西省电子信息产业的发展要依托国家支持电子信息产业发展的政策，抓住新一代物联网、云计算等新兴技术的发展机遇，以电子信息产业西安国家集成电路设计产业化基地为核心，坚持自主创新与引进消化吸收再创新结合的原则，加快培育和壮大一批具有国际竞争力的龙头骨干企业，推动陕西省电子信息产业实现又好又快地发展。%In terms of the status of the intellectual property rights in the electronic information industries in Shaanxi Prov -ince,the strategic ideas of its development are presented in this paper on the basis of the successful experiences in Korean electronic information industries .It is also pointed out that the independent innovation can only be realized by employing high and new technology from the developed countries with the government as the leading factor .Meanwhile it is further ana-lyzed that the electronic information industries in Shaanxi Province should rely on the policies of growth in the electronic in -formation industries in today ’ s China and take the hard-won opportunities of its development about the emerging technolo-gies such as the internet of things with a new generation ,cloud computing .Then a large group of the leading enterprises with international competitiveness will be bred and even expanded ,centering on the industrialization base of the national electron-ic information design in Xi ’ an city and adhering to the principles of combining the independent innovation with introduc -tion,understanding and utilization and re-innovation in order to push the rapid and healthy growth of the electronic informa-tion industries in Shaanxi Province .
