钢纤维喷射混凝土在浅埋暗挖隧道中的应用探讨

摘要

Steel fiber sprayed concrete is used in tunnel construction under some special geological conditions for its features of high bending resistance, high tensile strength, high anti - deformation capability and large tenacity, etc. . As of now systematic domestic standards and codes are not available to restrict and guide design and construction of steel fiber sprayed concrete. In combination with geological features of Fuzhou and excavation of shallow embedded tunnels, this paper selects steel fiber sprayed concrete as initial supporting material of shallow embedded tunnels, and analyzes and discusses technical problems in use of material.%钢纤维喷射混凝土由于其抗弯、抗拉强度高、抗变形能力大、韧性大等特点,被用于一些特殊地质条件下的隧道施工. 目前国内并未有系统的标准、规范对钢纤维喷射混凝土的设计、施工进行约束和指导. 结合福州市的地质特点和浅埋暗挖隧道的开挖情况,选择钢纤维喷射混凝土作为浅埋暗挖隧道初期支护材料,对材料使用中的技术问题进行分析和探讨.
