The present invention relates to a steel fiber measuring tub measuring steel fibers used as one of raw materials for shotcrete. More particularly, the present invention relates to a steel fiber measuring tub capable of precisely measuring a quantity of steel fibers by stopping the flow of steel fibers discharged by excitation to the steel fiber measuring tub after the operation of a vibrator of a dosing machine is stopped. In the steel fiber measuring tub of the shotcrete batch plant of the present invention, a steel fiber blocking damper is arranged to be positioned at a steel fiber inlet so that the steel fibers are aligned and fed from the dosing machine to enable quantitative measurement of the steel fibers discharged through an outlet. The steel fibers which are further discharged by the excitation generated after the driving of the vibrator constituting the dosing machine is stopped is blocked by the steel fiber blocking damper so that only a fixed quantity of the steel fibers can be measured in a body constituting the steel fiber measuring tub.
