掺加新型国产温拌剂的沥青混合料路用性能评价

摘要

Thanks to its advantages of low carbon and environmental protection,the warm mix asphalt mixture is more and more applied for green pavement,and its road performance is to be verified facing the warm mix additives in multiple varieties in the market.The paper prepares warm mix asphalt mixtures by means of AC -13 and AC -20 grades in allusion to two new domestic warm mixing agents A and B and evaluates their road performance.The test results show that warm mixing agents A and B can effectively reduce the mixing and compacting temperatures of mixtures at an amplitude of approximate 30℃;the performance indices of mixtures satisfy the relevant requirements in the existing specifications;the low -temperature and fatigue performance of asphalt mixtures with warm mixing agents A and B are improved in comparison with hot mix asphalt mixtures.%温拌沥青混合料具有低碳环保的优势，越来越多地运用于绿色路面。面对市场上种类繁多的温拌添加剂，其路用性能有待验证。针对2种新型国产温拌剂 A、B，采用 AC －13与 AC －20两种级配制备温拌沥青混合料，并对其进行路用性能评价。试验结果表明：温拌剂 A 与 B 均能有效降低混合料的拌和与压实温度，降温幅度可达30℃左右；混合料的性能指标满足现行规范的相关要求；掺加了温拌剂 A 或 B 的沥青混合料，其低温性能与疲劳性能与热拌沥青混合料相比均有所提高。
