浇注式沥青混合料动稳定度评价及影响因素试验研究

     

摘要

我国沥青混合料规范车辙试验评价的动稳定度一般高于800次/mm.浇注式沥青混合料车辙动稳定度较低(约200~1000次/mm),对车辙试验仪灵敏度和精度的要求更高.通过对比测量A、B、C、D四个检测单位车辙试验仪的轮压力、试验轮接地压强、试验轮硬度、试验仪温度、位移传感器精度等因素对动稳定度的影响数据,分析这5个因素与动稳定度的相关性和影响规律,以及国标车辙试验对浇注式沥青混合料的适用性.试验结果显示:国标车辙试验适用于浇注式沥青混合料评价,但应对车辙试验仪进行更严格的校正;轮压力对车辙动稳定度有显著影响;位移传感器误差控制水平对浇注式沥青混合料车辙动稳定度的精度会带来一定影响.%The dynamic stability request in Chinaˊs asphalt mixture standard rutting test evaluation is generally higher than 800 times/mm. The dynamic stability of casting asphalt mixture rut is low(about 200~1000 times/mm),so there is higher requirements to the rutting instrument sensitivity and accuracy. This paper compared influence to dynamic stability by factors such as wheel pressure, test wheel ground pressure,test wheel hardness, tester temperature and displacement sensor accuracy on 4 rutting tester of A,B, C and D, so to analyze relationship and influence rules between these 5 factors and dynamic stability,and the applicability of the national standard rutting test to the casting asphalt mixture. The test results show that the national standard rutting test is suitable for the evaluation of casting asphalt mixture, but it should be more rigorously calibrated for the rutting tester;The wheel pressure has a significant effect on the dynamic stability of the rut;Displacement sensor error control level has certain influence to accuracy of the casting asphalt mixture rut dynamic stability.
