不同温度沥青混合料动稳定度试验研究

     

摘要

Temperature can be the direct cause for asphalt pavement rut disease.This paper introduces influencing factor of asphalt pavement rut disease,points out the importance of temperature.The authors take popular pavement mixture SMA-13 and AC-13 asphalt mixture as study object,to study rules of variation of dynamic stability of asphalt mixture under different temperatures (20~70 ℃).Results show: The dynamic stability of asphalt pavement declines as temperature increases,and the higher temperature causes faster declination of dynamic stability of asphalt pavement,when the temperature exceeds 65 ℃,the dynamic stability of asphalt mixture SMA-13 and AC-13 were both unqualified.When temperature is lower than 50 ℃,the declination of dynamic stability of the both mixtures gets slower;When temperature is higher than 50 ℃,the declination of dynamic stability of the both mixtures gets sharp,and the anti-high temperature of asphalt mixture AC-13 is not as good as SMA-13;So the temperature at asphalt pavement shall be controlled under 50 ℃,so to minimize the asphalt pavement rut disease.%温度是造成沥青路面车辙病害的直接因素.阐述沥青路面车辙病害的影响因素,指出温度的重要性,以常用面层混合料类型SMA-13及AC-13沥青混合料为研究对象,研究不同温度(20~70 ℃)下沥青混合料动稳定度的变化规律.研究结果表明:沥青路面动稳定度随温度的升高呈下降趋势,且温度越高沥青路面动稳定度下降就越快,温度超过65 ℃时,SMA-13及AC-13沥青混合料的动稳定度皆不满足要求,当温度小于50 ℃时,2种混合料的动稳定度下降较缓慢,温度大于50 ℃时,2种混合料的动稳定度急剧下降,且AC-13沥青混合料的抗高温能力不及SMA-13沥青混合料的;应将沥青路面的温度控制在50 ℃以下,从而可会大大减少沥青路面的车辙病害.
