塔园大桥钢桁架主拱整体提升安装与施工控制

         

摘要

The main bridge of Tayan Bridge project is a 75 m+200 m+75 m 3-span continuous rigid suspender steel truss tied arch bridge. According to site conditions and its structural characteristics, first integral lift closed steel truss main arch, then install bridge system tie rod, fall arch when tied rod arch structure is formed;Install rigid suspender, then bridge system fall to form permanent structure installation of the whole bridge. In this paper, the authors suggest during construction, more rational system conversion sequence shall be selected, through using finite element computing software to simulate and analyze internal force variation of temporary/permanent structures at all stages during construction, make dynamic adjustment, to control the internal force of structural members and finished bridge linearity in a rational range.%塔园大桥工程(Tayan Bridge)主桥为75 m+200 m+75 m三跨连续刚性吊杆钢桁架系杆拱桥.根据现场施工条件和其自身结构特点,先整体提升合龙钢桁架主拱,再安装桥道系系杆,形成系杆拱结构后进行落拱;然后安装刚性吊杆,最后进行桥道系落架,完成全桥永久结构的安装.施工时,选取较为合理的体系转换顺序,通过采用有限元计算软件模拟分析施工过程中各阶段临时结构和永久结构的内力变化,并进行动态调整,以将结构杆件内力和成桥线形控制在合理范围内.
