This paper takes the wind power generator and the energy storage enterprise as the research objects and builds a collaborative risktaking model based on the principal agent theory under the condition of asymmetric information.It introduces information sharing effort and combines with the simulation analysis of the example, and discusses the optimal risk-taking and the influence factors of share incentive contract.Finally, it verifies the rationality of the model.%以风力发电商和储能商为研究对象,构建了信息不对称条件下基于委托代理理论的风力发电商和储能商协同风险承担模型.引入信息共享努力度,结合算例进行仿真分析,探讨了信息不对称条件下最优风险承担与契约分享激励的影响因素,并验证了模型的合理性.
